Our agentic system will try to help and if needed a human response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe. Remember, this is a FREE service for many users so 24/7 support is automated but human responses are limited by available resources.

If you need help with something, send message to the same Whatsapp number: +1 (530) 388-5210 with your support question. If our AI agents cannot help you, they wil fetch a human to get involved. If you rather communicate with a human, we will invite you to join a Whatsapp user support group where you can communicate with us.
